RutaRoo is intended for normal, personal use. Normal use varies by feature and may change over time as we improve the Application.
3. Excessive Use and Abuse
Examples of activity that may violate this policy include:
- Using automated tools to generate unusually high request volume
- Attempting to disrupt, probe, or degrade the Application or its services
- Using the Application in a way that materially exceeds typical usage and causes (or risks causing) instability, degraded performance, or increased costs
- Circumventing technical limits, usage controls, or security measures
- Sharing access in a way that results in abnormal usage patterns
4. Enforcement
To protect RutaRoo and other users, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Rate limiting, throttling, or restricting features
- Temporarily or permanently suspending access
- Terminating accounts or subscriptions
- Blocking specific devices, networks, or traffic sources
We may take these actions with or without notice, and we may consider factors like system capacity, security, risk, and overall usage patterns. Paid access does not exempt users from this policy.
